Get your first leads
CallHQ finds leads by scraping a niche × city combination, not by handing you a rented list. This walks through pulling your first batch.
1. Define a sourcing run
Go to Sourcing Studio (/sourcing, admin-only) and fill in "Define a new
run":
- Niche — e.g.
plumbers - Geo — e.g.
London - Brand — which of your brands this run belongs to
- Track — the compliance track for this run
Click Start sourcing run. This fires a signed intent to n8n's
source-google-maps workflow, which drives a real scraper session against
Google Maps (with OpenStreetMap/Companies House/Shopify as additional
sources). The run shows as pending → running while it works.
If n8n is still in mock mode for your environment, the intent is logged but
no real scrape happens — check Tools (/tools) for n8n's live/mocked
status before assuming a run is stuck.
2. Watch it land
The Sourcing Studio page auto-refreshes every 5 seconds while a run is
pending/running. When it finishes, the businesses it found appear as new
rows in Lead Factory (/leads) — deduped against anything you've already
sourced, so re-running the same niche/city never hands you a duplicate.
3. Review what you got
Open Lead Factory and filter by brand/track/niche to see this run's leads. Each row shows what's known so far: business name, contact info (if found), legal form, and enrichment status.

Leads land with an email status of "unverified" — move on to Verify + push to campaign before you send anything.
