Connect your own tools (Apollo/Instantly/Reoon)

CallHQ is built around a provider-agnostic waterfall for enrichment (Companies House, Reoon, and others) and dispatch (Instantly for email, Telnyx for SMS, Cal.com for booking). Every one of those vendor calls is brokered through one n8n instance — the app itself never holds a vendor send credential directly.

What's live today

Check Tools (/tools) at any time for the honest, per-integration live/mocked status — this is the same status every module's "What is this page?" panel reads from, so it can never drift from what's actually true.

Bring-your-own vendor accounts

Self-serve connection of your own Apollo, Instantly, or Reoon account (instead of the platform's shared, founder-provisioned ones) is on the roadmap — a dedicated Settings → Integrations page, with your credentials stored encrypted and scoped only to your tenant, never mixed with anyone else's.

Until that page ships, vendor accounts are provisioned at the platform level by the CallHQ team. If you have an account with one of these providers you'd like connected, book a call and we'll wire it up.
